This is when Brent got to be Batman and I always had to be Robin. I'm pretty sure that I was just happy to be included. As in adulthood, I had abs of steel even then.
I don't know where to start here, the gold curtains? My green elfin tights? The fact that they probably had to pay Brent to put his arm around me? The Charlie Brown Christmas Tree? Oh, it's all too yummy.
These pics were taken on the day that I got my new bedroom furniture!! It was like my own little tiny Extreme Home Makeover and I was thrilled to the point of Hula Dancing! Don't you love the royal blue carpet? We had that throughout the house, except my brother's room was carpeted in bright red!
It's cold and icy outside today and I am being a bad girl and trying to coerce my friend, Pam into extending our California trip an extra day next week and going to Disneyland all day! Carpe Diem!
I want you to know that I am taking my life into my own hands by posting this pic. My Mom will most likely ground me for this, or worse. But, always the rebel, I am willing to throw caution to the wind and take my chances for you, my loyal blog followers.
This is from her Senior Prom. She talked her parents into letting her and a girlfriend go to the big city of Sherman, TX to shop for dresses, so that they wouldn't have the same dresses as everyone else.
